when we interface the LCD with atmega32 at stk500 board the LCD does’t powered on but we program our atmega32 what is the reason behined the LCD for not powering ON please tell me

I HAVE GONE THRU ALL THE DETAILS GIVEN BY U ABT NOKIA LCD…
ITS REALLY HELPFULL
I HAVE WRITTEN MY CODE TO DIPLAY SOME GRAPHICS ON IT..
BUT I CANT FIND THAT DELAY.H HEADER FILE
CAN U PLEASE MAIL ME THAT …
AND ONE THING MORE I AM USING ATMEGA16 ….
SO IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE CODE..
